If you are a patient at a GP practice in Islington, you can book an evening or a weekend appointment at a primary care hub by:

· Visiting your GP practice during normal opening hours
· Calling your practice any time between 8am and 8pm (Monday to Sunday, including Bank Holidays)

If you are unwell and call your practice after 8pm, the practice phone line will direct you to call 111
