Amwell Group Practice understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality in medical records especially for LGBTQ+ individuals. Any personal information whether it be your health diagnoses, gender history or sexual orientation will be held in the strictest confidence. In exceptional circumstances we will only share information about you with your permission with people directly involved with your care.
