Appointments

Need an appointment?

If you have a non-urgent medical or administrative issue please use our online service, eConsult. A clinician will review your form and you can expect to receive a response from our practice team within three working days.

You can access eConsult from 7:30am to 4:30pm. After 4:30pm, please call the practice.

For patients under 6 months old, eConsult cannot be submitted, please call instead.

For more information on eConsult visit our FAQ page.

How to book an appointment

A regular doctor’s appointment is 10 minutes long. If you need more time, you can ask for a double appointment at the reception. This is useful if you have more than one issue to discuss.

  • Online: Use eConsult, a quick and easy online service to submit your medical concerns. A doctor will review your form and book an appointment for you.
  • Telephone: Call the GP practice at 020 7837 2020 to make an appointment. Our Care Navigators will help you and make sure you see the right doctor. All calls are recorded for training purposes.
  • In-Person at Reception: Visit the clinic and book an appointment at the reception desk.

We will try to book your appointments with the same doctor each time to give you the best care.

  • Chaperone: If you need someone to be with you during an examination, let the reception or your doctor know.
  • Interpreter: If you need an interpreter, tell the reception team when you book your appointment.
