Need an appointment?

If you have a non-urgent medical or administrative issue please use our online service, eConsult. You will be asked to complete an online form giving us the information we need to direct you to the right member of the primary care team. A clinician will review your form and you can expect to receive a response from our practice team within three working days.

.

To make an appointment:

  • A standard doctor’s appointment is 10 minutes. Need more time? You can request a double appointment at reception. Double appointments are needed when a patient has more than one concern or issue.
  • Online: You can use the online service called eConsult. This is a fast, easy-to-use platform for submitting medical concerns. The online form will be reviewed and triaged by one of our clinicians and an appointment will be booked for you.
  • Telephone: You can call the GP practice at 020 7837 2020 to make an appointment. Our Care Navigators will gather necessary medical information to ensure you are directed to the right member of the primary care team for your problem. Please note that all calls are recorded for quality and training purposes.
  • In-person at reception: You can visit the clinic in person and book an appointment at the reception desk.

We will try and book routine and follow up appointments with your named doctor to ensure continuity of care.

If you require a chaperone during an examination please let reception or your clinician know and we can provide one.

If you require an interpreter please let the reception team know at the time of booking.

Types of appointments

Pre-bookable appointments

You can book pre-bookable appointments with us for routine issues and follow up. Booking in advance with your usual doctor helps us to ensure you receive continuity of care. For routine appointments we recommend calling in the afternoon as the telephone lines are busy in the mornings with people calling about urgent matters.

We will always try and make sure you are booked with your named doctor for routine and follow up appointments.

Same day / Urgent appointments

We have same day appointments available Monday to Friday for urgent medical issues. These appointments are for urgent issues only. Please don’t book them for routine matters ( such as medication reviews, prescription requests, or sick note requests).

How to Book:
To book a same-day appointment please call our clinic or visit our reception desk. In the event that all same-day appointments are already booked you may be offered a same day telephone assessment with the duty doctor depending on the medical urgency of your problem.
