Care Quality Commission (CQC) Report – October 2019

The CQC are the independent regulator of health and adult social care services in England and since April this year they now have a responsibility for inspecting GP practice, as well as hospitals, regulating services to make sure we are meeting the national standards of high-quality care within a compassionate and safe environment. There are leaflets in the waiting room which provide more information about what you should expect from us when we are meeting these standards – please take one to read or speak to a member of our staff when you are next in the practice.
