Accessibility
For Patients with Mobility Issues
Our building is easy to use for people with wheelchairs or mobility aids. All medical rooms are on the ground floor. The entrance and hallways are wide enough for wheelchairs. We also have accessible bathrooms with changing facilities. Our front door opens automatically, making it easier to enter.
For Patients with Seeing and Hearing Needs
We have clear signs, including on bathroom doors, to help those with vision problems. For those with hearing issues, there is a special induction loop at Reception. Our staff is ready to help guide you around the building. We are also working on making our practice more dementia-friendly.
Support for Patients with Learning Disabilities
We offer special yearly health checks for patients with learning disabilities. Our system has alerts to help us provide the best care. We offer flexible appointment times and can even visit you at home if needed. Patients are usually seen by the same GP.
Other Helpful Information
Though we don’t have lifts, all our medical rooms are on the ground floor. If there’s anything in our building that doesn’t meet your needs, let us know. We’ll do our best to provide other ways to help you access our services.
